Megan Mayhugh, Managing Director
Megan Mayhugh has decades of experience attracting, engaging, and managing a business's greatest asset - people. In roles as a McKinsey consultant, bond trader, Chief People Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief of Staff and HR department head at Bridgewater Associates, she has always helped companies strategically navigate and adapt to enterprise-wide change while focusing on employee engagement, driving business results, and improving the bottom line. Meg is passionate about recruiting, compensation, and employee engagement and has now launched People Architects, an HR, Talent, and Recruiting consulting firm to help growing small and mid-size companies win the war on talent.

Nikki Schiro, Chief Operating Officer
Nikki Schiro manages the operations of People Architects. With over 20 years of managing businesses, Nikki has experience in human resources, marketing and finance. She has managed initiatives at Nestle, Bank of America, PNC Bank and National City where she oversaw national advertising campaigns and critical hiring initiatives. Nikki has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and BSBA from John Carroll University.

Hyle has over 25 years of professional experience in business development, recruiting, marketing, promotions and coaching around the US from Cleveland to Los Angeles to Denver and Vail. Her focus has always been on people. She thrives on connecting, engaging, cultivating relationships and building strategic partnerships. Hyle uses her network, energy and drive to connect the right people to the right company and to help companies thrive in their growth with support. Lori is a results-oriented HR Consultant with strong problem-solving skills. With over 28 years of HR Generalist experience at Progressive Insurance, Lori has had success in a variety of HR functions including employee relations, recruiting and interviewing, compensation and benefit administration, organizational development, succession planning and training. Lori is an expert at coaching and counseling leaders and employees for increased performance and has built strong relationships with teams that rely on her for “just the right way to handle a situation.” She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and enjoys helping businesses reach their goals.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in managing, mentoring, recruiting and is a proud Alumni of Missouri State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science and studied Marketing.

Manda works with our clients as a Human Resources consultant, assisting with fractional HR and training. In her past work, she has developed and facilitated training programs for Instacart and managed employment background checks and references for clients. In addition to working with us, Manda is currently a full time student majoring in Human Resource Management.

Joy has over 30 years of HR Generalist experience in a variety of industries. She is a highly effective communicator with a strong ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization. She has extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, process improvement, talent development, compensation administration, and coaching and mentoring. Joy has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University and has a passion for helping employees grow in their careers, as well as assisting clients in handling day-to-day HR challenges.

Sarah is a natural matchmaker. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career in Human Resources. Since graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources at Pace University, Sarah has been a recruitment matchmaker within corporate, fractional, and staffing environments. She has successfully hired for start-ups, scale-ups, enterprise and executive clients.
For over 25 years, her expertise and skills reside in building strong relationships, writing job descriptions and conducting in-depth intake sessions to create strong candidate mapping strategies and delivering the results that matter. Sarah is an expert at career coaching, interview preparation, resume review, sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retention strategy.

She has experience in recruiting, onboarding,background checks, training, and employee engagement. Kate spent the first few years of her career in Talent Acquisition, recently transitioning into Human Resources with a passion for working with employees to help them succeed. Kate graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Communication and Business.
